Through the selection of colorful colors, the painting conveys a happy feeling and is an eye-catcher in any living room. The picture presents the carnival "La Fiesta de la Yunza" in Peru.

Each region has its own traditions and customs. The main characteristic of Carnival in Peru is the enthusiasm of the Peruvians, who joyfully take part in the parades and dances year after year. The carnival traditions are just as different as the regions of the country, but some elements can be found in all parts of the country during carnival.

The custom of “Yunza,” called “Humisha” in the rainforest and “Cortamonte” on the coast, has been preserved throughout Peru to this day. A tree is decorated with gifts, clothing and decorative items and then planted. The population then dances around the tree in pairs until one of the couples takes down the tree. This couple has to organize next year's Yunza. The tradition of hunting each other with water balloons, water guns or colored spray foam is also widespread, and parades, parades and competitions are also part of Carnival throughout Peru.

The painting was hand-painted in May 2022 and is unique.
